To Whom It May Concern,
This letter is written as a professional reference for Ms. Rayna Starling. I first had the pleasure of meeting Rayna after she came highly recommended from a close friend. Despite my years as an OBGYN, my initial introduction into new motherhood and the postpartum period was incredibly rough and challenging. Upon her arrival into my home, she provided a sense of calming reassurance and confidence. She was incredibly supportive and instinctively knew what ways to assist. Be it breastfeeding support, completing household tasks, soothing the baby or just providing a listening ear, she was always just what I needed. She became a valued member of my family and was there for me after the birth of my second child.
More recently, our professional lives have crossed paths. Rayna is well regarded in the community as a doula educator. She has a wealth of information and has done a lot to grow the presence of doulas in the Tampa Bay area. Despite all of her experience and expertise, she is humble and a team player. There is truly no job too big or small for her. I give her my highest recommendation and strongly support her candidacy for your position.
Should you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Sincerely,
A. Brown, MD
